Questions

Frequently asked questions

Didn't find yours? Write to us in contacts — we respond within a day.

How does mentor matching work? +
After the brief we match a mentor to your stack, experience, and goal. If the first session didn't click — we swap, no questions asked, no lost sessions.
How long does it take to get an offer? +
The average across our mentees is 14 weeks from start to signing. It depends on starting level, target grade, and interview activity.
What if the mentor isn't a fit? +
We swap them. Free of charge, no lost sessions. If it really doesn't work out in the first month — full refund, no questions asked.
What language are sessions in? +
Russian for regular meetings. English for mock interviews and final interview prep. You can choose the format during mentor matching.
What's included in the async chat? +
Telegram (or Slack) with your mentor between sessions. You can share PRs for review, ask architecture questions, get help with work tasks. Mentor responds within 24 hours.
Can I pause mentorship? +
Yes. Cancel the subscription at any time in your dashboard. Access stays active until the end of the paid period, then automatically turns off.
Is mentorship right for a junior? +
The comfortable minimum is middle (2+ years commercial experience). If you're junior — start with the Premium subscription and reach middle through lessons and tasks. You'll get there faster.
